Deputy Minister Gashi meets with representatives of diaspora associations and professionals in Vienna

Vienna, 22 October 2021- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Mrs. Liza Gashi, during her visit in Vienna held two separate meetings at the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Vienna with representatives of associations and professionals of the Albanian Diaspora.

Deputy Minister Gashi, thanked them for the work that these representatives of associations and professionals do over the years and said that it is very important to create bridges of cooperation with special emphasis in the field of investment, education and innovation in Kosovo.

Great focus during this conversation had the topic of creating better mechanisms for organizing the diaspora and supporting more cultural activities aimed at integration and not at assimilating the diaspora.

Lastly, Mrs. Gashi stressed that as a Government they are very interested in creating conditions for the return of the potential for the benefit of Kosovo.
